Interfire Systems delivered a complete fire-protection Design & Construct package for Kirra Point Hotel, a landmark beachside high-rise on the southern Gold Coast. Our scope covered the building's life-safety systems end to end — a combined sprinkler and hydrant system, dedicated fire pumps, a building-wide fire detection and alarm system, portable fire extinguishers, and a full suite of fire and emergency evacuation signage.
The package was delivered on time and engineered to integrate seamlessly with the development's high-end architectural finishes, while achieving full compliance with the relevant Australian Standards for fire protection.
